No Threads About the CRESCENT MOON and STAR in the Eastern Sky at Sunrise?

I noticed it immediately this morning, and first thing that came to my mind was Islam symbolism, with the exception that the star/planet was on the outside of the crescent, not the open side.

Anyone else see it? I figured there would be interesting threads on it, but I'm not finding any?
