Hezbollah Receives arms through Syria from Iran, and as much as poking Iran is war mongering and a geopolitical power play, Iran would love to see the demise of Israel, has been vocal about it and props up Hezbollah of whom were established solely for that purpose. Strategically ISIS pose no immediate threat whatsoever, however those who have openly said they want Israel to effectively shrivel up and die do pose a threat.
