They target Hezbollah and Iranian backed shia militias, the Syrians house the Arms until transfer over to Hezbollah.

Hezbollah only exist to push Israelis back into the sea or kill them all along the way.

Among the Militias there are Iranian Backed forces and Actual Iranian military members/advisors along the Golan heights.

Hezbollah isn't as bad as Rupert Murdoch and Michael Bloomberg want you to believe.

They've saved more Christian villages and churches, from Sunni destruction, than Israel has.

Israel said it clearly - they see Iran and current government in Damascus as the bigger threat than wahhabi jihadists. Israeli MoD said clearly - if he have choose between ISIS and Iran he would choose ISIS:

Says it all. Israeli supplies, weapons and medical treatment of injured wahhabi jihadists is well documented. As well as israeli troops chitchatting with Qaeda terrorists on the border. Israel has similar stance as Turkey regarding to radical Sunni islamists. no wonder the best regional partners of Israel are Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey...

I don't deny that ISIS is deemed less of a threat but that is because it is less of a threat.

Its on the other side of Syria with no real means to attack Israel.

The Syrians wouldn't have allowed the Israelis to help even if the the Israelis wanted too, because of co-operation with Israel is a bad move in the Arab world, one that nearly lead to the 91 gulf war coming to a abrupt end, when Saddam launched scuds at Israel expecting an attack back placing Saudi in co-operation with the Israelis.

Iran I suspect was foaming at the mouth with that prospect.

Twice the Syrians have tried to kickstart a Nuclear programme forcing Israel to react.

Hezbollah Receives arms through Syria from Iran, and as much as poking Iran is war mongering and a geopolitical power play, Iran would love to see the demise of Israel, has been vocal about it and props up Hezbollah of whom were established solely for that purpose.

Strategically ISIS pose no immediate threat whatsoever, however those who have openly said they want Israel to effectively shrivel up and die do pose a threat.
