What is worse.Thinking you are paranoid or knowing you should be?

Paranoia is just a higher level of awareness.
Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't after you.

Knowing you should be means you've had an enemy for so long that you're nearly buddies = not good.

Thinking you are but being wrong about it = can be resolved with a little care and you only have friends in the room.

I'd pick the latter any day.

being paranoid is a total WASTE of time as well.

The better question is, Whats worse thinking you're paranoid or knowing everything you believed is actually true?

denying ones 'senses' is what got us into this mess today (thats why all other species adhere naturally to therm)
..the problem is interpretation of what one is sensing...
eg- to live in a system/society thats unstable and if collapses will be dred is a valid sense to respond to.
but if one is going to just be stressed by paranoia and not respond, then probably best ignore the feeling... this does not mean it disappears- its been suppressed in hope it wont matter, so then becomes a matter of discernment
