China has been quiet and has been picking on small useless countries like the phillipines China did try to bully Vietnam but was quickly brought down and now the Muslims in China are attacking within the country. They probably have more pressing concerns on their minds, such as siding with Russia in WW3 against NATO, or 90% mortality rate airborne EBOLA.
