I remember reading up thoroughly on this case when it happened back then, there is soooo much more this small article doesn't say - if you really want to get aggravated, google her name and/or the accident, and read articles that were written back within a couple weeks of it happening....she lied, they lied...they all deceived...I wish that someone would say exactly - what is the basis of the dismissal of the deportation...is it simply because everything was changed to be nothing more than not rendering aid (when it was much more) and since we allow felons to stay - she stays as well. Sickening.
