It sounds like an old lady really crying like in front of me. When I'm outdoors and focus on it, it seems to get louder, but in doors it goes away completely. Also when I'm outside and try to focus on other things it quiets down. What in the hell?  |

You may be targeted and may be receiving crazy stuff. Go for a long drive and see if it goes away. That would tell if those towers they use to put stuff in your head is out of the boundaries.
