Last year, from late November to around 1/1/14, I did not expel, though I did feel sexually aroused at times--but definitely not as frequently as before.

Then several times I felt energy stir in my lower abdomen. Then I felt it in my solar plexus. Then in my central chest. I felt ecstatic. But only for a few moments. But WOW, it was higher than when I got a nut, not physical, very light and very very very low density, but POWERFUL.

Interesting thread, OP. I'm curious abou your thoughts about something that happened to me acouple years ago.

It was 12/8/12, and that night during my regular meditation, I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening. Scary at first because I didn't understand it, but a wonderful, beautiful, magical experience (thinking about my heart chakra opening that night still makes me well up...it was so powerful). However, since that night, I haven't had a thought of a sexual nature, haven't gotten an erection, and haven't had a nocturnal emission.

So, what's up with me?

When I received a mystery I had been purifying both my mind and body, through diet, extreme adherence and meditation on scripture, and sexual purity. I think this is what the op is saying when he says celibacy of the mind and body. You can not feel the subtle energies with piles of pollutants and toxins in your body.



I think if you are willing to limit masturbation or sexual lusts you have to look at your trigger points.

You have to think a little bit. Be introspective of sorts. If you slipped, can you point to an event that caused God's protection to leave you?

glad you brought this up OP. I think I had come to a similar understanding to you about 5 years ago. I had seen some video which showed that it takes 10 drops of blood to form one drop of semen and such and such amount of food to form 1 drop of blood. Anyway, it was astronomical the amount of energy you are just spewing into a paper towel. Don't think just physical "tiredness"

I have slipped many many times. Those are the "events". lol I'm not perfect, but I am definitely on the track to bettering myself and I control myself more than I did in the past.

I had a profound spiritual experience 5 years ago that changed my life. I've been celibate for 5 and a1/2 years since.

Apparently you've never experienced real sex. Real sex starts with love, respect, and kindness, and continues to every possible variation of touching and intimate connection. Each lover's juices are sacred to the other, and they merge in bliss that may last for days, or even longer. This has been my experience of sex, and it's unfortunately rare in my life. I truly seek a woman that I can devote myself to and share these experiences.

Of course, it's not sex unless love is present, yet love and bonding without physical intimacy is incomplete, and the joy is missing, though the gratitude and soul-caring remain.

I don't think I'd be able to have sex with a woman if I didn't love her, though creating such a love connection can happen in a moment. Once created, it's permanent.

I used sex for creating 1 child. It was fun to practice, but it gets old after a few thousand times. I really only want to be a great father and think about higher things like the nature of the universe and reality.


Sex for sheer pleasure is only conducive for useless things.

Nothing worth doing ever gets old. Sex is for connection, and the pleasure is largely derived from that. The physical union is necessary, but "getting off" is optional.
