Give him some literature and tell him if he wants a discussion to find somebody else because that's not why they were there. If he doesn't leave, call security on him. People avoid even minor verbal confrontations so much nowadays that they tend to overreact when something like this goes down in public. The kid was going up against an HR representative of the agency that has carte blanche to spy on Americans without a warrant...and despite his shaking, he stood his ground and reminded that twerp that there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public.

They're just following orders, like their superiors, and the superiors above them. All the way to the top, and the president says he has no idea what's going on.

This is why you hold the lowest possible minion responsible for the actions of not only themselves but everyone above them. They have the choice to find different employment, they know the agency is morally questionable, they made their choice.
