Ever heard of the Jerbin conspiracy?

I over heard 2 men on the train talking about the valley of the Jerbin? [I am assuming I have the spelling right on this. it could also be gerbin etc]. apparently, according to one of them Jerbin was the last surviving Atlantis society. they survived whatever destroyed that place and moved to Antarctica. from there, full of hatred for the "people" who destroyed Atlantis, they formed what would go on to be Aryans. this could be one reason why the Germans had an interest in that part of the world. they also spoke of how the jerbin still run the world and hold enemies to ransom, but how? these 2 men looked like old academics and were quite posh spoken. I so wanted to ask them something, but in this day and age, you keep your mouth shut, I guess. anyone heard of this?
