The two girls being referenced are running away, together, in the far left. DIRECTLY BEHIND THEM IS DJOKAR TSARNAEV, also running away. The taller girl is Tamerlan Tsarnaev's wife, Katherine Russell. The shorter girl with the blue-green top is the boys' sister.
