I have long thought that less than intellectual people on both sides were being manipulated to follow their "tribal leaders" to garner votes, and therefore provide said leaders with power, but wanted feedback from folks on a largely conservative site. The idea that it's good for starters (the younger generation is screwed, they will have to try and repay this lol!). Also the idea that this somehow promotes social equality. It doesn't at all, you end up having a world that reflects the values of a few government bureaucrats. Welfare benefits in CA pay more than a low wage job! How is that fair or just? On top of not being sustainable. |
