You have to create a condition of trust and security and find out the facts and put the facts of life out there for your child.
Nobody will do this for you for free or safely because this requires complete honesty yet a degree of manipultion of the vulnerable which almost any outsider cannot help but exploit fir their own purposes.
You will have to create a condition where you will have to counter any outside toxic conditioning.
You will have to get into it in a way to allow honesty without fear of punishment or reprisal.
