Is "Remote Viewing Ancient Civilizations - a compilation of data. Is Alterwelt's Alternate History Real or Hoax?

Thanks! Guess people can't grasp the possibility that one can become fascinated about a concept. What attracts me to Altetwelt is that their material is in direct conflict with both main stream wisdom and all the conspiracy theory material as well . . . all the while being internally consistent and being almost impossible to debunk. In researching their issues I have found more information to support their new history than to reject it!

I have grasped lots of things even before ever knowing about GLP's existence. The fact is, sock puppets are part of reality too.

So you think I can't "grasp" the possibility that one can become fascinated about a concept.... Oh my oh my, what low idea you have of people... for not to be able to grasp such a thing I should really be not any more intelligent than, say, a turtle.

I already posted my own ideas about Alterwelt's modus operandi, but of course no one gave any sign of having noticed this. What I do believe is the people behind "Alterwelt" are simply very well acquainted with material from sources such as Rudolf Steiner, probably combined with others such as Blavatsky, but are attempting to strike a hard blow to those traditional sources by posing as original sources themselves; and this in agreement with much of the public here with which they share a similar, or the same, philosophical outlook...

There may be some philosophical similarities but I see no connection between philosophy and the history Alterwelt has shared. Could you give some concrete examples connecting the facts with the philosophies?

Helena Blavatsky's human pre-history is no more connected to Alterwelt's world than is JRR Tolkin's. The only difference is that Helena used the name Atlantis and Lemuria.

I was talking about Alterwelt's as well as the posters' "personal philosophy", their outlook on life if you wish - not formal philosophy.

There is a lot more difference between Blavatsky's human pre-history and Tolkien's, other than her using the names "Atlantis" and "Lemuria". Tolkien was a writer and wrote fiction (his first book "The Hobbit" he wrote for his children), although he was obviously inspired by myth as well as by history, and linguistics. Blavatsky's work cannot be simply categorized as "fiction", even it is not accepted as scientific work in the traditional, academic sense, or by the academic community.

About Blavatsky as the "God-Mother of the New Age movement"... well... I am not sure how she herself would have thought about this. I am not sure at all she would have liked to be thought about in this way - just as Rudolf Steiner as well would have distanced himself from New Age.

Alice Bailey is another matter. If I understand it right, she kind of took away the whole meaning of Jesus Christ's life on earth, his role in the Golgatha event and consequently in the whole of human history.

The founding of the Theosophical Society was, I think, maybe more due to Colonel Henry Steele Olcott (who seems to have possibly been an agent of Freemasons - should be checked), and Blavatsky herself certainly was at least partly, and for some time, a tool for secret societies acting in the dark although this does not detract from her personal work.

So what is the theme of your position? Are these people (Alterwelt) agreeing with Freemasonry or are they opposed to it?

I couldn't tell. Upto now, I didn't notice any particular leanings towards one side or the other. But I didn't particularly focus on this either.

I haven't been trying to find out whether Alterwelt is for, or against Freemasonry. This simply isn't my issue.

Any thoughts on when/if they might come back?? I look every day.....

No . . . seems they had a hot project and have not logged in since the 16 April.

The question remains... although it should perhaps have been phrased differently, as "real" vs. "hoax" is too simple.

It is obviously they have "real" sources from which they get the information. OTOH, if they try to make us believe they get it through "occult" means (such as remote viewing, which they explicitly state is NOT the exact method they use), it very well might have to be called a hoax.

Besides, I am always very suspicious of threads like this which are heavily loaded with nice pictures (which mostly are not really relevant but should help to put the reader in a receptive state of mind...).

To my knowledge Alterwelt's Group has yet to posted one image or photo on any of the Threads they have been involved in . . . all the graphics, images and photos have been posted by others . . . primarily me . . . George B.

You seem to be implying I am either working with Alterwelt or for them? I assure you I am not. I tried early on to PM them and never received a response . . .

Their new history fascinates me and I have spent numerous hours researching and formulating images of what I imaging things would appear. So color me an Alterwelt Groupie if you will; however, I would not be surprised if they announced with evidence to prove the whole thing was a Hoax. If they did so I can only blame myself for allowing myself to be sucked in by the fantasy! But until that time I will continue to organize, index, analyze, and attempt to validate or debunk their pronouncements.

p.s. the page it was on was in the mid 50's. the other one was possibly about highjump in anartica, he did say the Nazis had found things and were working there, I asked something similar recently I don't remember if the answer was consistent

If you have no specifics regarding "reality" you are of little help. Generalities are useless. I can say in general you have no evidence to support your position at all . . .
