In reality, not that many people are being played...just check out the live stream videos of all of these protests;

People of EVERY color are protesting, together.

Ferguson was loaded with white faces, equally pissed about the heavy-handedness of their local police department, which had gained notoriety over the years with everyone, black and white, who lived there.

I think what they are actually trying to incite is militia backlash.

As in get the general population to see the local and state police as the bad guys, instead of the folks who are really pulling the strings.

Then roll in the federal and U.N. "peacekeeping" forces.

Ban local law enforcement and bring in the federal policing force.
