It's impossible to invent a new letter of the alphabet that doesn't sound like an old letter.

You can not create a wholly new letter of the alphabet that does not sound like an already existing letter on the alphabet. what that suggests about our alphabet is very interesting.

for example: A,B,C,D,MAGGG, sounds like it begins with the letter M.

On a mobile phone.

I have, in American English we don't use guttural sounds on letter combinations like other countries.

for example; make or maacckk

I'm sorry. English lacks quite a few sounds found in other languages (e.g. pharyngealized sounds, and the way kh/ch is pronounced in languages like German and older Semitic languages)

The "ts" in tsunami. Which is not "sh" or "ch" if you were gonna suggest that. I think it's also the same sound for the correct pronunciation of the "z" in zeitgeist - but I may be wrong on that.

Nope. There are many sounds in Chinese, African, and many other languages that no English spelling can properly translate. So many examples of this it's retarded.
