Good sentence. Must have been a sensible judge. thumbs

Would love to see more sentences like this for people who buy/sell/smoke the manic/psychotic inducing devil weed.

On some levels I understand why they did it... a way to increase their prison profit is to get new clients. The ideal client is an able bodied homeless stoner... this person can and will do what they are told and can do labor for a profit.

The system works if you abide by the rules.

He would probably rather be dead than have hard labor the rest of his life for some pot. Murderers/child molesters get it much easier and are sometimes out in no time. No difficult work either.

Re: HOMELESS MAN ENTRAPPED TO BUY $20 WEED--LIFE IN PRISON
Here in San Diego - they do this stuff to the homeless all the time - one person I know - was crossing the trolley tracks, like most people do - and was stopped and didn't feel like being searched. Finally, he let them search him, he had nothing on him, so they had to let him go - but not until they trumped up a ticket for "riding without a fare" - even though he was just crossing through the area to get to the other side on his way - I know the person and they usually are pretty straight with me. They have no job and now they will probably end up with a huge fine, or a warrant because they have no way to get to court to fight the bogus ticket, and so it begins. There are countless stories from the homeless out there of this stuff happening. I see the cops roaming the homeless areas like hawks looking for a kill, night and day - every one of them tells of numerous tickets, which build up to warrants, misdemeanors, for doing harmless stuff. They really HATE the homeless.

At least here in the UK when they beg on the street we can have them arrested and locked up. I love pointing homeless beggars out to patrolling police officers. Fuck 'em.

And that, including the other posts about homelessness being criminal, is pure evil.

Note to self: when homeless and expecting to turn a profit for dealing dope, account for bribing the fucking cops, because that is all they ever wanted in the first place.

Cops were just guarding their corner for their own informant, homeless man didn't comprehend it. Instead of a bullet to the head he got long death by prison.

Watch the real drama unfold when he confesses he was working undercover for the feds, and got life in prison, for that.

Brief inspires hatred from both the "left" and "right". The cultural Marxist types blast him for his dislike of blacks. But both the Marxists and traditional value "right" can recognize he is dead WRONG on his support of the police and condoning animal abuse. Has to be the most hated on here by just about everyone. stir
