Has anyone noticed that everytime Putin does some type of inside job, he actually admits to doing it?

Typically he'll openly place blame on others, and use terms such as "rabid animals" but it's humorous, because he's talking about himself. After the apartment building bombing inside jobs that he used to invade chechnya, he called the alleged perps "rabid wild animals" but it's interesting, since the actual perp was him. He has admitted, although with extreme subtlety, that he is a rabid wild animal that wants to tear his prey apart, and who is his prey? anyone who gets in the way, lol.
