I healed Liver Failure with Lemon and Mushrooms (no not the magic kind lol) and other good food. Drink lots of water and put lemon in it. It is yummy too.

I bought a book about Japanese Healing with foods and it talks about balancing all the energies in your body etc. that book saved me much suffering and I would not be doing nearly as well as I am today without the special diet. It works!

Also, I use aromatherapy. It really helps for pain and anxiety. It just FEELS good and relaxes you. Aromatherapy has been VERY helpful.

Soaking in a bath of Epsom Salts and Lavender works wonders.

Meditation is also the number one thing besides prayer that helps me daily!

Look at this as an opportunity. You can learn a lot from illness.
