Seems the plates are conflicting again. I mean the Nepal quake, chile volcano eruption and that 6.1 quake in Canada. Past month off coast of Oregon has been low 3's and high 2's which is slightly elevated compared to the earthquake frequency of approximately once to twice a month for the following time before this emerging pattern. 5.5 quake off northern California coast about 2 days ago.
