Mayor of Garland, TX has "nothing planned yet" to Honor Hero Cop that Killed Terrorists

The cop who shot these two is a recently transferred liberal backer from the Northeast US, Long Island I heard. Thats the reason they don't wanna bring him forward. It will cause the right winger texans heads to explode. Word has it he even has an Obama sticker from the last election still on his family car.

Maybe the cop does not want the attention. The bigger the hero the bigger the target he becomes. People in his region should make sure he is taken care of and has what he needs. I think he stopped something they didn't want stopped.

I know the mayor, talked to him just last week as a matter of fact, he is a good man. The officer who did the shooting is a long time veteran of the police department and he does NOT want to be indentified.

Kinda of hard to throw a party for a man who doesn't want the public to know who he is don't ya think...

You are probably right. I doubt if the hero cop would welcome a lot of public attention right now. There should however, be private thanks and acknowledgement from local and state officials (forget feds; they are likely pissed he stopped that attack) This man is probably concerned for the security of himself & family.

It just happened, and they are worried about security. Imagine having that many people together, and obviously ISIS has people in the area.
They are going to honor him, but they have to do it intelligently.

Maybe this her cop was not a consideration of tptb. It was not written in the script that there would be a hero. This might be a sign that there are opposing powers at work fighting the darkness with spiritual forces. This was a clear victory for the good. Hense the bitter silence from the leadership in the wake of this event.

Maybe some Patriots in Garland got wind of Oturd's plan.
