Is Obama really the first Black president?
According to Prince (who I trust) and the web (who I don't) several US presidents had Black heritage before Obama. I believe the list included Andrew Jackson and Abe Lincoln.

Anyone have any ideas or good data?

We haven't had a black president yet, nor will we ever, really.

Understood. But I am talking mixed, and mixed enough you could tell he was part Black.

Mixed race individuals have been leaders of society since Biblical days.

Do you see any simian traits in Abe or Andy?

It's made up BS to try to make blacks feel that they've been a contributing part of this country. Just like the peanut butter. Nobody knows who created marshmallows or jelly or rocky road ice cream or rice crispy treats or any of ten thousand other items, BUT WE ALL KNOW A BLACK MAN CREATED PEANUT BUTTER!

Re: Is Obama really the first Black president?
My husband is a descendent of Hannibal Hamlin, vice-president under Lincoln and it was said he was often confused with being a black man.

Maybe it was the beard, which my husband has, which was called a black beard in the day, meaning an hour or two after shaving it was back again, lol.
