I think your wording is problematic. "Should" makes you sound entitled.

If you pay others (or have a deal with others) to do your laundry, fine. That's your business.

If you are an adult, and your mom is still doing your laundry, then you may need to grow up. If you are talking about your wife, then I hope you do other things for her in exchange. No one should sit around like a pontiff and have others do everything for them. It's about give and take.

What makes you due this entitlement? Seems to me that doing ones laundry is more like a responsibility that your mom and others might take care of until you are old enough to handle it yourself. Are you old enough?

It's okay. No one wants to deal with their dirty laundry and they will gladly pay others to do it. You don't need my hard earned dollar borrowed to do yours. I am self sufficient and do my own. What does that say about you?

I don't do anyone's laundry for "Free". That's for sure. That's what "Third World Country Folk" are for. Throw a bean and they'll jump to it,..they'll be like flies on shit!!
