I wonder if this was some kind of stolen antiquity from Egypt and the owner got paranoid and ditched it. It looks just like a friggin Egyptian Mummy.

Btw you are correct, Indiana has the worst roads I have ever driven on. Guess low taxes come with a price.

That was my first thought, lots of mummies brought over for museums, collections and even carnival side shows in the early 1900s. Sure is in good shape from what can be seen.

From things that I've read in the past, North America is littered with Egyptian artifacts and hieroglyphs, etc. If I'm not mistaken, this wouldn't be the first mummy to be found in the U.S.

Although news is claiming it is Native American. Strange it's so similar to Egyptian Mummies, also consider this is Mound Builder Territory during this time who also built earthen pyramids. This is not BS folks.

I had to take I65 all the way down the State to Kentucky last year. It felt like I was on a vibrating bed. For those who never drove in Indiana, we are not exaggerating about their roads.

well if they made it to southern il not really that far .the rivers were the highways .egyptians wouldn't have a problem navigating rivers.a lot of weird stuff along the kankakee river too.all the tecumseh legends the great mound builders in illinois etc.guess they couldn't hide those hills

Seven foot tall mummy's with red or blonde hair have been found in Arizona to China and are 6000+ years old.

Look into it before the Smithsonian and their ilk wipe it from history completely.

The parallels to this, and pissing off a pack of baboons are identical..

It will look great in the basement of the Smithsonian with all of the North American giants.

not typical looking burial garb for this region,some of my ancestors were the original french that explored this area.the natives kind of accepted them as they weren't exactly farmers.that is near the kankakee river.my great garandpa told me there were 10 times as many red men as white men buried in the area.used to fish and look for arrowheads around there as a kid.gramps had jars full of arrowheads and all kinds of club and stone axheads.place still has a weird vibe to it.like your being watched
