its a article about congress and insider trading, look into it deeper I used to be better versed in the matter, but a few years ago congress gave the go ahead for SEC for lighting fast digital trade exchanges and while still illegal for me congress passed a law that made it okay for them. yes they are already trading on the quantum computer spectrum able to decide in fraction of a second the outcome of the future the whole thing is rigged from the go. and insider trading and I think I tasted cinnamon

I think they just kept the trading floor around to appease the blue hairs, make them think there is still some human element to the equation. But most trading has been electronic for years.

Someone has quantified greed mathematically, and devised an equation.

Don't need humans anymore, they're far too slow and they break down for the weirdest reasons! And they have never achieved 100% consistentcy or reliabilty.

Most likely to streamline the high frequency trading, and algo's so the criminal broker/dealers can front run, and game the system to be better able at stealing from the clueless.

Additionally, I think this is a fear based move because the physical exchange market will rule, it cannot be gamed. Honest physical market vs the criminal paper market.

One more thing.... Andrew Maguire calls it a bifurcated market is taking place now. That is the physical market vs the synthetic paper markets.

These things are definitely fearsome possibilities imho because so much is at stake and there is no easy way to directly link physical quantities to verify numbers but I'm sure that will come...

Where I work. I am comforted by the fact that all my tests are recorded and a boss could look back on my work just by watching the reports I generate digitally and more than my work it reveals much of the entire workings. It makes us better and we produce better product. I do not know how this would translate to the trading floor but as long as the records are kept and there is transparency then security should be even tighter.
