And isnt it a little crazy that your OS can disable the use of certain hardware.. Isnt that going overboard with control over you. Isnt the principle of a personal computer, the idea that you have control over IT. not the other way around.

You don't realize or can't, not sure which, that this is the entire reason why Microsoft FORCES paying, non-pirate, customers to download, install, and run that special checking software anytime Windows updates itself. That special checking software always checking to see if Windows is STILL LEGAL. They've been doing this since Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003, but it's been most famously used since Microsoft Windows XP.

This is PROOF that Microsoft KNOWS that damn near anything can happen to Windows to make it not legal, but never tell us, the paying customer, what happened to Windows to make it ILLEGAL. Win 7 is going to be around a long time.

Just make sure you REMOVE the Win 10 telemetry (Big Brother) patches that were stealthily pushed by Microsoft into Win7.

Thread: Windows 7 and 8 are now being updated to get Telemetry, same tracking as Windows 10

Remove these patches.....
