How is it 'superstitions'? In Britain we are always getting pro-Muslim propaganda documentaries put out with white British women telling us how great Islam is and how their life is so beautiful since they converted, yet when you actually see these women on a daily basis or out with their Muslim husbands they look terrible, worn out, grumpy looking, big bags under their eyes etc. They certainly don't look like a picture of healthy natural beauty who lives a simple, stress free life.
