Yeah that phone call was nuts. It's almost as if the man on the phone didn't realize the severity of his situation. I think he just automatically assumes he will be rescued, but as we have seen before in other similar situations sometimes people get left behind.

He wasn't in that much danger. he was in three feet of water in Texas flat lands. There are no other cars colliding and no cliff to go over.
