How does an American citizen have their records sealed?

I am going to bed now but will check back tomorrow to see any replies.

Certain records are just automatically sealed. I can't put in a request to get your medical records, for example. Nobody can and the person who gave them to me would be in serious trouble.

Politicians sometimes release those "sealed" records to show transparency or whatever. Bush chose to release his educational records while Obama never will. Bush could have NOT unsealed his records, but maybe it's because he had nothing to hide.

You do the bidding of the masters.

how do i get my records burned? i don't want these lizard people to have access to any information about me at all, because they are clueless fucking losers. i am about to write really nasty disgusting cuss word laden letters to a bunch of dudes at the department of education.

I knew someone who had their arest and conviction records completely erased by a high and we'll placed attorney.
trust me, there's nothing there. he's been through his share of doj and fbi background checks.
