Else, why not just call it ISIS like everyone else? I think using "Levant" instead of "Syria" is, indeed, worthy of note. But maybe for a different reason that you stated... Could it be that Obama is trying to subtly tell Americans and the world that ISIS/ISIL is a creation of Israel, as so many have posted about (with evidence)? And might he be dragging his feet on confronting ISIS/ISIL militarily because he knows that's what the neocons (in the U.S. and Israel) and the military industrial complex want? |

The definition of Gentile is "not Israel". In Jeremiah many many times God refers to Israel as His bride. Seeing as though He does not want rocks and trees as His bride, He is obviously speaking about the people. And seeing as the Hebrews have forsaken their covenant, and all promises associated with it, they are no longer His bride or "Israel" Israel is any man, woman or child who has Jesus as Savior and keeps His commandments. Those commandments are found in Exodus 20. He condensed them into 2. 1 - 4 deal with mankinds love relationship with God. 5- 10 deal with mankinds love realtionship with each other. Christ removed not 1 jot or title from the Law. (He also warns woe to them who teach as such) Am I saved by my adherence to the Ten Commandments or Jesus shed blood on the cross? Or both? |
