domestic patrols. I saw a galaxy patrolling the USA/Canada border in Niagara falls a few months ago and it was so low you could see the loadmaster. It was doing a circuit half on US territory and half on Canadian territory. However i know there is a airbase in Niagara Falls NY, but I have never seen them complete 10 or 12 circuits in both countries at low altitude.

Could be. I've never seen it happen in 12 years of living in this area, but you never know. Nothing on local news or scanners.

3 c130's flew over me about 1 or 2 hours ago, and last night, around 9 or 10, 2 or 3 of them flew over in the rain. C130's very frequently are flying very low. I'm east of Fort Smith. It's not normal for c130's to fly over me, but it happens, going to the Ft Chaffee base.
Jacksonville AFB is 3where the C130's are based and they normally just fly over central Arkansas, making touch and goes at the AFB and the Little Rock Airport.
