a theory is an explanation. a theory proven correct is still a theory, an explanation. a scientific theory is a totally different thing than a normal theory. a scientific theory is the highest something can go in science, its the holy grail. you probably think scientific theories become law when they are "proven" lol..........................................................​....

they compare fossils to complete or near complete fossils found all over the world. fossils have unique traits that are only in their species or very similar species. or less unique traits compared to groups of animals like traits unique to mammals. its called evolution.

Theory mean a guess. If the guess is actually proven, not pretended, to be true it becomes a fact. Fossils are just animal bones, not evidence, let alone suggestions small creatures turn into big ones, just proof that creature existed, not it 'evolved'.

No, scientific facts laws theories and hypotheses all have different definitions in science than the non scientific versions of them. Scientific theory is as high as it goes. If you understood the theory of evolution you would understand that bigger does not mean more evolved, a dog is not "more evolved" than an ant. That is not what evolve means in evolution. Evolve simply means change. If something had to evolve as in change it means it was not fit enough for the environment so it had to adapt.

You don't want to accept the fact that most mutations are not harmful. Majority do not have any harmful mutations. Most are neutral that do not hurt or help people in any way. Populations evolve over time, individuals do not evolve in any noticeable way.

Every single human has around 100 to 200 mutations. The mutations that are in germ cells will be passed onto your offspring and will be able to spread through out the population over long periods of time which is how species change appearance. Mutations like resistance for a disease in an area where this disease kills many (like malaria) will spread quicker than neutral mutations.

And, what lol????????? Upgraded???? New and improved species?????? You still don't understand evolution. If you took a species of today and went back 70 million years the species you took would not be more evolved than the 70 million year old species. It would probably go extinct due to a completely different environment which it is not adapted to. Including different predators. If you brought the T-Rex species back with you they would probably starve due to the lack of giant animals they were used to eating. They would have to fight over humans and dogs and bears depending on which country you brought them back to. Eventually the food they eat will run out and they will also go extinct. Or if they are lucky they will adapt and become smaller because in this scenario the less they have to eat the more likely they will survive. But they would have to survive for a long time.... unlikely.
