I trust, and I dated after my divorce. Great sex, but I said goodbye after ten years. He was so insecure and very jealous. I was a slim flight attendant, and he thought I was cheating. I never would have even thought of it.

After that breakup, I dated several more guys and had a few marriage proposals, but never found the one I could live with again. I have found I'm so much happier alone. Many of my friends my age feel the same.

I fly free anywhere in the world, so I could pick up and go without having to ask if I could. I don't have to tell anyone how I spend my money....etc. Life is better than ever! I do not need a guy at my age to make my life complete.

Here is the problem with all of you saying help her out, make dinner, do the dishes, ect....This is not a bad idea EXCEPT now that he has, he really feels like she OWES him sex, so when she says no even though he has done all those extra things, now they are going to fight because of his reaction to his expectation. Been married 21 years, 3 kids, 2 disabled. Kids take their toll no doubt, but thinking your going to get laid more because you help around the house is every bit the lie that marriage is. Not saying dont ever help out, just dont believe that is going to get you more sex, because if you believe that, your just going to get even more pissed off

Yup. Treat her the way you did when you first fell in love. You complimented her, looked into her eyes when she talked, held her hand or snuggled as you watched a movie. Asked her questions and actually listened to her answers. Kissed long and slow. Took your time making love. This stuff can fade away during marriage especially when there are jobs, bills, kids ... but that's why most women lose interest in sex, their man starts to act like his wife is nothing but a sperm receptacle.

Hardly. I'm an older woman. It is absolutely the truth. Sex begins outside the bedroom for women. We respond physically to how we are treated emotionally.

I didn't see many say it was guarantee and most sounded like they have been married for awhile

he still needs to talk with her and find out what is going on. why stay or even be married if a couple cannot sit and have grown up talks. every marriage goes through the bad spots but they can all go back to the original love found

for many married people the hardest part is finding the time which works out for both people at the same time. kids/work/whatever etc etc all take away from each other

Seems like a lot of work for something that should be "free".

The man is expected to work 80 hours/week, help around the house, take care of kids, pay the bills, etc. The woman is expected to..... spread her legs. That's all they have to do, and they won't even do that for the husband.

If husband has to jump thru all these hoops it's better to just not get married in the first place.

It's called a "bait & switch" trap.

Women are "all about" sex early on to lure the man into marriage, then once he commits the sex dries up completely. It's all by design.

What the OP describes is 100% "normal" for a marriage.
