Microsoft is Trying to FORCE upgrades to windows 10!

There's an update you have to manually remove to keep the t from trying to install windows 10. Google it brotha.

Not me... at least yet anyways. The System Tray icon keeps badgering me time to time, but it's easy enough to cuss it out in my head while quickly closing it's window. It's quite annoying. So far it's been fairly managable. You really may very well want to do an in-house search here. Someone posted up specific directions how to undo Windows 10's BS, STP. Good luck.

Two options:

1) Wipe everything clean from your current drive and load up an older version of Windows. When asked about updates, always say no. Before logging into the internet, make sure you have turned off all options to automatically update.

2) Load up Linux Ubuntu. It's really very good, and more user friendly than the Linux Cinnamon/Mint I tried, plus it has very active forums where questions get real answers to issues that might arise. Google has helped me work out every bug I've had with my Linux system.

It came with a Intel Braswell CPU BTW seems like a new CPU from Intel. Very slim and pretty to look at, The OS is actually pretty well made but many useless features from Microsoft as expected.

It was actually 200 dollars from the Black Friday sales and notebook looks pretty cool... pretty elegant to look at.
