Ok Mr. President... I see your point. So where is the evidence that people on the No-Fly list have bought guns and committed crimes with them? Has it EVER happened?

Isn't it possible, Mr. President, that you and your gun-grabbing friends would just use this list, without due process, to ban certain classes of people from buying guns?
