That's something the computer world has known for a long time. Track outputs long enough and they become predictable. A number of years ago two men cracked a Keno system in an Atlantic City hotel. They tracked the numbers for a week straight until they were confident to predict the next outcome. They picked 8 numbers and got all 8 right for a payoff of 8 or 10 grand. It was the first time in the history of Atlantic City anybody ever hit 8 out of 8. They got caught when the hotel sent the manager to deliver the money to their room. He barged in when they opened the door and found their computer setup. They were both arrested. |
