Does parenting deserve business tax benefits?
Studies estimate the cost of raising a single child will cost on average $250K

Why can't parents write this expense off considering their children merely waterfall back into the in come tax paying Ponzi scheme?

Then you would need to regulate it. Maybe have a license of some sort before having a child. Honestly it's not a bad idea just saying there would have to be rules.

I think the child tax credit of 'up to $1,000', is a disgrace to parents.

We spend tens of thousands of dollars a year - clothes, food, healthcare, dental. housing, utilities, property taxes, state income taxes.

How is ripening our children for govco's economic harvesting not tax deductible?

if you cant afford a child, then don`t have a child.

why should i pay my taxes for someone elses child?

i have no problem with paying for education or healthcare of children, but anything else is your problem.

OP, you, along with most, are asking the wrong question.

The right question is: Should ANYBODY be forced at gunpoint to give up a portion of their fruits?

The answer is, of course, no.

Volunteer towards a good cause agreed upon by those involved, but never force it on anyone.

Once people get this through their heads, real change can happen.

Re: Does parenting deserve business tax benefits?
People are being forced to pay for fees and taxes that are suppose to be paid from Business profits.

A short summary of how its being done...

When you see a tax bill or any bill with your name printed in all CAPS...or when you see a health bill with your name printed last name first....these are 'trade names' that have been created from your natural identity.

Examples:
*Jane Doe on paper= Natural individual.
*JANE DOE on paper = Trade name (doing business as).
Doe, Jane or... DOE, JANE on paper = a trade/doing business as name.

This how Corporations are billing/charging people fees and taxes they do not owe.
They are billing you indirectly through a 'Trade name' (doing business as).

Its as if they are charging a Business that has profit (income) coming in to pay for the fees and taxes.

Note:
I emailed the SDAT Trade name dept and asked why they record everyone's name in all CAPS, and the lady's response..."to give names a more professional look".

Professional = business like.
business like = a Trade name (doing business as).
You see?
Everyone looks like they have profit coming in (ie: income) to cover all of the taxes/fees/expenses everyone is being hit with.

Banks such as Wells Fargo are Business Banks.
If you have direct deposit and if the Bank reports your direct deposit to the irs as "income", that would be equivalent to reporting your direct deposit to the irs as 'profit'.

Whether you are someone that has profit coming in or...if you are someone that must work first and 'create' your paychecks...the Banks are not distinguishing a difference and making both forms of pay appear as income (profit).

Just watched rubio describe exactly this dilemma on the republican national debate in greenville. While I have little confidence in govco, I am excited to see true issues we face coming to light.
