Minneapolis, MN - On March 21, 2003, the DEA issued a final rule regarding the legality of hemp foods. The new rule seeks to ban the sale of ALL Hemp Food Products and to prohibit the import of hemp oil for cosmetic manufacture as of April 21, 2003. I checked-out some of the clothing in the canadian shops here. It was reall nice looking stuf...regular shirts and casual jeans and stuf. A little high priced...like double the retail price for t-shirts and jeans. The cloth looked like rough cotton...
