Yeah. I'm getting over a bout of bronchitis, and I'm a staunch user of natural remedies to great success in the past. Nothing worked on this bronchitis. Got so bad, I had to go to urgent care for a nebulizer treatment and steroids. The side effects suck, but at least I can breathe again.

If you have bronchitis, you really should go to a Dr. You could easily end up with phneumonia. In any case since none of the natural treatments have worked, you need to see a Dr. asap. Don't mess around anymore.

Flu is a viral infect only you can do is help your immune system. Get it more Vita C, D Zink etc.

Check your natural plants on the materials they have so you know what for they are good.

Its not magic you just need to replenish your body with new materials.

With all the gmo crap and the grow chambers most of the plants lost most of their effectiveness.

Also cannabis oil helps almost everywhere because its a very old plant.

Pretty sure natural food is more of a long-term thing, not a get-better-quick thing.

But they should always be mixed in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. A clear sesame oil, massage oil, or even a small amount of coconut oil will work. Blend the drops of oils into the carrier oil & massage the chest area & soles of feet.

Try

oregano oil

fresh horseradish root. Buy it at a specialty market, cut away the outer layer and grate the inner root. Mix it with some apple cider vinegar, honey and cayenne pepper and suck it down. You will have a revelation...

* if the other stuff isn't working, I think it's because new "superbugs" are being introduced into the world, viruses and such created in labs and are very powerful to resist the usual remedies.

Hi, are you taking care to avoid GMO products in your diet and avoid things like aspartame, sucralose, hydrogenated oils, food coloring?

Here's a checklist off the top of my head

1. stay hydrated - I am 220lb and I need a gallon a day minimum
2. fresh non-gmo vegetables and fruits with no pesticides (juice them if you want)
3. avoid anything artificial, gmo, synthetic, especially GMO oils (since you are not in the US this should be easier, let me know if it is/isn't)
4. take activated charcoal, diatomacous earth, probiotics for the gut & colon if you like
5. make sure there's no mold in your home and keep your furnace filter clean, diffuse essential oil (s) to kill mold spores and to help you when you breathe it in
6. buy frankincense oil and rub on your chest daily (get online from reputable seller check your prices first)
7. no bad oils - no margarine, plasticized oils - use free range butter & olive oil instead

just a few things i could think of, off the bat....

oh yea, if you have a chiropractor in your area that will x ray your spine and then perform traction on it to restore its correct curvature, check them out, this was huge for me, i went to chiros for 20 years and was ok but then met a licensed spinal rehab guy in my area and wow, what a life changer. your lungs, organs and brain and everything else ends up channeling through nerves that travel out of your spine... if your spine/neck is out of proper curvatuire you will have CHRONIC problems that can be tough to cure. look sideways in the mirror at your neck, does it have a gentle backwards curve, or do you have "computer neck" where your neck pitches forward like an old feller?

i did, being in IT for years... and they fixed it.. i now sleep on a small roll pillow under my neck and my x rays reflect a proper spinal curve, i could go on and on but it works. Took about 6 months of 3x/week traction at about 1.5 hours/session. pain in the ass but wow what a difference.

and oh yes... a good mineral/vitamin supplement that is easily absorbable like Wallach's or some other liquid multimineral, not centrum or any of the other useless off the shelf junk :) you need to maintain your mineral/vitamin levels or you are going to be in trouble

None of that stuff works for me either........I don't believe any of it....atleast not for my health issues.

Anyways. Oil of oregano is a pretty good quick fix for what you have.

Lugols iodine, cures flu in hours.

The only thing I can think of is that you're putting bad things into your body as you try to take things to heal it.

Healing + Toxic = void of healing

If you are eating over 40 to 60 grams of carbs and sugars, it may affect the abilities of your helpers to do their jobs correctly.

Clean your body (no sugars and possibly low carbs) for a while or do a short water fast then add your HEALING stuff and this should work for most people.

Echinacea + Goldenseal.. Only take for a few days and then ease off.

Elderberry extracts aka Sambucol, if you already have flu/cold just double up the dose.

And high dose vitamin D

Once the cold and flu season has arrived I go into high dose of Wild Oregano Oil (1 full dropper 5x per day under the tongue). I use New Roots 93% carvacrol. I do this all season long then just go back into 1 dropper 2x per day.

I added a liquid vitamin D this year too. So far so good it seems to have added an extra boost. I do 1 drop 1x per day.

That's exactly what OP wants. Too lazy to do his own research. He wants wellness handed to him on a platter. You can't teach that type anything because they think they know everything already.

Another place plants lose their effectiveness is in storage, by the way. When you buy herbals at health food stores, they've already been there at least 6 months and who knows how many before they arrived at the store. Tinctures store better and even then, you want to know something about the company that produces them.
