Synthetic medicine is going to screw us all up- combine that with gmo foods and chemicals we ingest and breath daily- recipe for illness. Synthetic vitamins are crap too- have to make sure the vitamins and supplements you take or made well and the real deal too, just like the food we eat.

You are so right about the items that are produced & marketed as food today. Twice the calories, none of the nutrients, means delicious addiction. What could any soulless food corporation want more then slavelike addicts to their products? I struggled with weight most of my life because I was filling my body with the processed crap that is NOT food, so I was fat AND starving. I've tried something new this year and I can already feel a difference especially in my desires for what I want to eat.
