This is a misunderstanding people make. Reptilians are not telepathic but instead they are just able to predict well what lesser beings are going to do and say and think. A rhesus negative is always and always will be several steps ahead of a rhesus positive individual created for slave labor and thus is the perceived telepathic abilities when in truth it is just being able to predict how the creation is going to react to what you(the superior being) feed him verbally and physically.

All the negative stuff you hear and read about reptilians is based on jealousy. Rhesus positive monkey blooders were created for this very purpose to degrade and humiliate weaker/lesser monkey blooders in order for the evolution of the abilities to go through.
