If it has Minnesota plates, then I doubt it is Military.
The military usually has Government plates.
Possibly Militia, if they were private citizen plates.

OP - describe the fatigues - were they battle dress uniform (BDU) or the newer green digital pattern (ACU)?

BDU = militia

ACU = Army

They looked all the same. They were mostly black guys. Black people are not a significant portion of the population herr in oregon.

I dont Know where they were going but like I said im all over oregon. Never see this anywher else. So I am assuming i WILL ADMIT. ther is a large national guard facility in salem on turner rd. never see anything like this in salem ever. Here in eugen i have seen MANY black dark tinted SUVs that DO HAVE goverment plate prety frequently in the last few days. And two black hawks. In lincoln city we saw 5 coast gurads helicopter with several balckhawks. Made noise for days. It was REAL noticable That WHY this raises myhackles. St rd 126 goes stright to bend.real quick and esy to get therer fron springfield/ eugene. And bend is hwy 20 to burns i believe 4 hr 40 min from sprinffield/ eugene to burns. Not really far at all.
