Most teachers I know work way over their required hours too.

My opinon:

Teachers are the fabric that helps hold things together. We are with the kids more than the parents and as a result have to do the job of "institutionalizing" them.

Most teachers realize this and this is the reason they choose the profession, and take the abuse they do from admin, gov, kids and trolls like those here. We teach the kids right from wrong every day. We are willing to let the kids hate us if they just learn this. Civil service drives most of us, and the ones who are here for job security and a regular paycheck still have to do their jobs, there's no way around that.

Oh look, a teacher who wants "Mo' money". That list is old too. The average salary in NC for teachers is much higher now. If you want "mo' money", supplement your income with a summer job. Every single teacher I know in NC, three in total, makes at least 45k. The highest being my friend's dad who was a PE teacher for several years and retired at around the 70k salary mark, with state benefits for life. That is excellent pay for NC. You will live very comfortably with that salary here. They also aren't busy at all during the summer in regards to attending "teaching programs". All three of them spend their summer going to the beach, fishing, and playing golf.

Teachers aren't the only ones with student loan debt, so don't play that card.

I like homeschooling as an alternative actually, but please make sure you socialize your children with other kids their age.

I think a huge part of school is social training, which the kids will do in large part on their own on the playground, lunchroom, gym, etc. Learning to solve your own problems socially is very valuable. We have to let our kids fight their own battles and learn how to make healthy friendships if they are going to succeed as adults one day.

Agreed. My trash service men are polite and hard working.
They bring the trash cans all the way back up my driveway, even though they don't have to. A couple of times they have knocked at my door and asked me if I had any trash because I had forgot to put it outside my gates.

You still work but it will be less hours and as we move more into technologies than we have people will have time to develop the minds and play and travel. What we waste on WAR right now is huge. We seem to have enough digital credits to wage war but not enough of them to fix the infrastructure. This is insane.

you cannot be morally taxed for money earned by your own labor. Your labor is part of you and cannot be taxed. But not enough of you know that to raise some holy hell.

this country was created so the treasury could coin money. This means NO PERSONAL TAXES people. Money is created to pay people for government jobs and for infrastructure etc and then the receiver and businesses of that money have money to spend.

Sales taxes on a money world are acceptable. You would pay a one time sales tax on the house you buy for example. and ditto over other personal purchases. Businesses can be taxed on income. And so can foreigner having business in this country... and on goods shipped into this country.

But YOU THE SON OF GOD CANNOT BE TAXED ON YOUR LABOR. Ponder that one.. the issue being you are to dumb to understand what a SON OF GOD IS.. but its every moral human being. SO BE IT.

If money were gone there would be no insurance programs.. no taxes... no banks... etc etc associated with the money industry. This would release some people to find new careers. You will have people who are engaged in global trading and shipping of goods.

Instead of a real estate agency getting 7% on a house.. I guess its still 7%.. I don't know anymore...there would be helping to find houses for those moving or having babies etc and to help those leaving houses too small etc to find other ones who need a house. There is no direct trading in any of this.

Some folks will still farm for example and others get food delivered to stores. Every one just goes to the market and gets what they need. Ditto furniture.. cars etc.

without money being in the way.. you won't have cheap good produced and things will be made RIGHT . and so on and so forth.

There will still be ads for different workers and professions .. there will still be schools and college.. and so on and so forth. People outgrowing a job can move to another field based on availabity. Stress will go way down and so will crime. you will live longer for that alone.. stress relief.

that is a nice idea and I did that once in a year when I had a little excess. I would prefer to give Christmas in this manner than the required games we play. I don't do the holidays anymore. I given when I want to give not when society says I must. Regards my money post above.. we won't need Christmas to stimulate the economy every year.

My girls had more friends growing up than my nephew. He is currently in public school.

I can assure you my daughters are very healthy young ladies now. One is a comic book artist and the other is a photographer and model.

As for my nephew...his school just cut recess out. They aren't allowed to talk during lunch or in class.

They are indoctrinating them into completely subservient form of liberal socialism.

Sounds like your sister should get more involved in the school. The school board depends on parents giving up control in order to enact things like no recess and no talking at lunch. Part of the problem with education is parents not being as involved, or less parents being involved. I feel this is a result of the two income family, and with less sahm's, less parental say-so at school, both administratively and from a student discipline standpoint.

They prob took talking and recess away at school as a control measure because the kids were going wild. I've seen it done at other schools for the same reason.

You found a good line of work. Is it places where people dumped things illegally, like mattresses, furniture, appliances?

I believe teachers should be paid more, but I also believe that all education should be private and not public. The government cannot do anything effectively.

Um guys...I personally know teachers AND cops AND trash workers that drive for Rumpke here in Ohio and I promise you these people DO NOT even come close to these figures!!

Now maybe this is just Ohio and Indiana but NOPE. I've known these people for over 30 yrs and also know people in the criminal justice field who are also family such as court floats and juvenile probation officers , ICE agents , and on up. Now the " on ups" that live out west and in the Pacific North West DO MAKE GREAT MONEY, but the other ones, no, no, and no.
My daughter's best friend since grade school is a teacher and has been a teacher since she graduated high school and she doesn't make this kind of money, Not in Ohio anyway. She comes to every one of our family get togethers, she's that much like family to us.

And your point is very true. In the white collar world you often move all over the place. That has to suck. Location is important to me also. making X amount of money ain't the same if you live in a high priced urban, suburban area.

I just started locksmithing a month ago and so far I'm set to make 60k a year. Went to college for political science, international relations and economics. Been working in home remodeling and locksmithing ever since. don't really feel like I should have to pay my loans since the government purposefully collapsed the economy but yeah whatever

He got her out but she didn't make it and he was scarred for life. He quit and became an electrician, but he tells of some pretty gruesome stories, mostly from car wrecks

Communists always support the oppressed of the target nation. Yes, it was part of the construct, but NOBODY ELSE gave a flying fuck about the plight of the worker or any member of the underclass. The good thing is that Americans are not communists at heart, so the plan didn't work out in the USA.
