Video - Deputy fires 28 shots at deaf man and he only gets shot in the hand because he tried to keep putting his hands up.

He gets out of the truck with his hands up and the officer just starts shooting.


"Leavenworth, WA - What began as a routine check of a pick up truck in an empty parking in Washington State after midnight earlier this month turned into a tense shootout between a deputy and the driver.

Chelan County Deputy Lee Risdon can be seen in newly released dashcam video greeting the occupant of the 2006 Dodge pick up in the Leavenworth parking lot around 12:50 a.m. on March 2 with "How you doin' there, partner?" before letting out an expletive and running for cover.
