If it gets worse you'll start cramping up in your fingers and toes and then you pass out. It's all good. Just know your not dying. I've had these in the past. Passed out a few times when I first started getting them. Now I'm good once I got over the fact I wasn't dying and I know it's all mental. |

When it subsides get a long cold glass of water. Hope this helps. |
