PayPal Backlash: Users Closing Accounts in Response to Latest Decisions Regarding LGBT

I didn't have a Paypal account. So I created one, emailed Paypal that they are commie perv homo golden shower R-kelly minded number one watching urine drunk whores, and I was canceling my new account.

Some of us also would like to eventually stop using credit cards, for various reasons including that credit card companies help fuel the consumer society. What would we do if all we had were debit cards and no other means of electronic payment systems?

Once they change their company name to Pee Pal, it'll all be good.

My paypal got hacked and they did not want to return me the money. I fought it, got the money back and closed the account. F-off Paypal! you aint my pal!

I love European morons who have no idea why North Carolina HAD to past this law. As I understand it, Charlotte passed a law which allowed men or women to use any bathroom they felt like based on what gender they identified with on any given day.

The Charlotte law was a great gift for sexual predators, and would you ever feel safe allowing your daughter, your wife, sister or even your mother using the facilities where who knows how many men are lurking?

No one is afraid of transgender, that isn't the issue, the issue was the broad scope of the original law and how it could be abused.

Don't get banned in the first place?

They're automatic. If you view or post a certain number of times without paying, you get banned. Even people who visit the site for the first time can see the ban message.

ive been here for years. been subbed from time to time but ive never felt like it was automated.
most of the time i was just posting and at some point i would post a reply and would just go back to the OP instead of the post i replied to. then id know i was banned.
most of the time that was for saying a banned word or frase.
and after sending emails about it i got unbanned.
happened to me just 2 days ago. was banned for half a day then i got unbanned.

YIPPEE! Another ridiculous and obnoxious boycott by the Gay community. And: please notice I didn't use the equally-idiotic LGBT abbreviation. More about that, later!

Gay boycotts? How boring. Back in the 80's the San Francisco Gay Community [I was living there at the time] began a national boycott of Coors beer due to allegedly discriminatory hiring practices. Made a HUGE, shrill noise about it - even garnered national press as a result. But the result was merely that you couldn't buy a Coors beer in any Gay bar in the Bay area [and a few other scattered Gay-dense cities]. Everywhere else in the country you could still buy Rocky Mountain water... it was a damned-fine beer, but I had to learn to like Budweiser as a result of the boycott. The result was that although the overall sales revenue of Coors beer was not impacted that much, they did a PC-dance and reworded their corporate policy. The truth is, socially-based boycotts just DON'T work - ask the Sierra Club or Greenpeace, both of whom have wasted millions in organizing them!

Now: back to "LGBT". As I claim, I am an old, out fag [62 years old with over 40 of them as a Gay activist] and am just as disgusted today as I was three decades ago when suddenly we just HAD to INCLUDE everybody!

First, it was the women's coalitions who screamed loudly that it wasn't JUST Gay!! We needed their money, so we had to add Lesbians to our "official" appellation. Then the hardcore Kinsey devotees decided everybody was a little bit Gay so we had to add Bisexuals and we became the LGB community [notice that in the process the Lesbians ALSO shoved themselves to the front of the lineup, claiming that right as child-bearers! An Earth-Mother movement... I kind you not!]. But, we weren't done, yet!

Next came the Trannies. And you can see where that whole thing has gone with a new proliferation of presence in places they should NOT be. It's already tough enough to be a kid in today's society without having to comprehend the nuances of human sexuality at a young age. Hell: don't we have enough ADULTS with sexual hangups without adding a generation of kids into the mix?

Let me be very clear: I have always insisted that there be clear-cut separation between children and sexuality. PERIOD. Back in the late 70's -when I saw my first Gay Parade in SF- I was appalled at the number of confused children being hauled down Market Street by their proud parents. Still bugs me today.

In those 40 years that I sat on committees and Boards of Directors on behalf of various Gay communities I endlessly argued that the one thing we should avoid were specific identifiers such as LGBT [or whatever the next may turn out to be]. The original, simple "Gay" was good enough and fully inclusive.

Enough, already!

One final note: I fully retired from actively supporting the Gay community about 5 years ago. After four decades where I knew and worked with true Gay icons it was clear where it was going and I wanted nothing further to do with it. So, today I won't lift one finger or spend one penny in support of the movement I helped steer so long ago.
