Chest pain
I have bad chest pain sometimes, right beneath my breast plate. It goes from a dull ache to sometimes a sharp pain. When it happens I get real tired and have to lay down. Is this normal? What should I do?

That's called a heart attack warning. You should go get yourself to a hospital and wired up for tests.

Why are you on GLP? You should get in with a doctor or emergency room fast!

Sometimes it's nothing, and sometimes it's a sign of something BAD.

Maybe for some ppl, but maybe the OP should take that before he goes to the hospital or ER.

There is no proof that cayenne pepper stops all heartattacks.

If you have a problem breathing, then you have a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in your lungs). This is a VERY serious issue and you should definitely go to a doctor. Immediate relief is vitamin E and/or aspirin; cayenne peeper, too, as someone previously mentioned. Try drinking water when your pain occurs and see if it goes aways afterwards. If it does, then you have a blood clotting issue.

Wish you the best.

Re: Chest pain
It is probably Angina (an-JI-nuh or AN-juh-nuh) is chest pain or discomfort that occurs if an area of your heart muscle doesn't get enough oxygen-rich blood. You're better off to get an EKG to play it safe though.

Get it checked out. If it is a near blockage they can open up the vessel to prevent heart damage. The pain may be from lack of blood flow to the heart muscle. Indigestion would not make you tired requiring you to lay down. If it gets worse you could have permanent damage. Once that happens you are screwed if you survive. I work in the hospital ICU and treat heart attack patients. Get it checked out, seriously.

Re: Chest pain
Take minerals

I used to get that in my 30's after having 3 babies in quick succession.

That depletes minerals

Autopsies and labs on survivors show heart attack victims are low in MAGNESIUM. It's a chicken and egg question- but I feel great after supplementing with Magnesium

Take 81 mg aspirin with Calcium every day- same as a baby aspirin but with a mineral.

Your heart beat happens with MINERALS

Potassium Calcium Magnesium Iron are all part of it

Concentrace brand mineral drops are a good option too.

There is few minerals left in our soil - so very few in our food anymore.

Take minerals and it might go away.

Take of two people - one had severe exhaustion in the heat working outside and sat in the yard. His wife brought him 3 aspirin and water and gave it to him and called paramedics. They said she saved his life.
PS laying down parallel to Earths magnetic field on the ground can keep your heart beating! Just enough electromagnetic connection on the ground.

Another neighbor had chest pain and his wife called paramedics and they checked him out. He refused to go to the hospital. He had another incident two days later and she called the paramedics. He was dead before they got there.

Don't ignore persistent signs (even though I did- I was young healthy and stupid and women didn't have heart attacks so they thought then)

Try the minerals. Epsom salts baths load up the pores with Magnesium- an soothing too- a quick remedy.
Molasses has magnesium potassium calcium and traces minerals. I take it in tea or coffee every day. Organic if you can get it- but whatever you have is good for now. Magnesium loosens the bowels - you will know when you have taken too much- haha- you have to build up to it.
Some commercial CAL-MAG drink mix is good too.

Just go for minerals wherever they are.

The left hand of the shadow is immersed in the ocean of the abyss where the infinite source is drawn up the arm and into the rauch. While the crown directs, it appears the heart acts as the primary storehouse of the vril force until it is emitted from the right Yod. This is a heavy burden on the physical vessel.

Re: Chest pain
I use organic cayenne pepper for angina, it also restores regularity to abnormal rhythm. ..Hawthorne berry does the same. I make my own cayenne capsules, it's not difficult. If you've never been to a cardiologist, you need to go. You could have a clogged valve or something. ..in the meantime, if you think you are having a heart attack, mix some cayenne pepper powder in a little water and drink down, chew an aspirin also. Good luck.

Not at all.

I'm a runner too. 5 miles a day minimum and I lift.

Pretty much in peak physical condition. I don't have chest PAIN though. Just strange sensations. And I can lie down on my left side because my heart pounds through my chest. Probably because it's so strong.

My resting heart rate is around 55. I have top of the line medical. My shit is tight. Yet I still have chest sensations. But maybe I'm ultra sensitive or something. Who knows. I don't stress it though if I feel something diff.
