Nope, he isn't. But this is exactly what is needed. As long as they have someone credible with them to ensure the samples are done right, and the testing is done right, I would welcome the results.

And this could even be taken a step farther, but identifying the plane that left the trail, so if they did find something nefarious in said trail, they could investigate farther, by tracking the plane.

But I think what will likely happen is they will find water ice, and then never publish the results since they would smash the theory and too many people make their living off of promoting this garbage.

But I'd welcome it if I were proved wrong.

Look at the roofs around you, in particular, shingled roofs. Just as our skies used to be blue, relatively new roofs did not have the black streaks.

On some, you will see black spots of varying size with black streaks running down from them as if something just plopped there and ran down the incline. On others it's just widespread streaks of black, without specific spots of plop.

Observe and see for yourselves. You can probably do this right now just by looking out a window.

Now sure, some roofs did get black streaking, but with age or application of sealer on leaky spots. Now, it seems like about 5-6 years and a new shingled roof will show black streaking. Some roof cleaning businesses were popping up some years ago, but didn't seem to catch on.

Aluminum does create black residue in the presence of other chemicals and metals. I wonder if barium does the same? What about others?

And if they don't find coal ash but Sarin?

My concrete patio used to look like plain old ordinary concrete. Then it began to look like black tire marks, then it was covered all black. Power cleaning has been done, but the concrete is completely covered black again within 2 years.
