Did you read the prosecution's complaint? It read like a transcript of a really bad reality show. If Klayman's complaint is 10th grade level in your opinion, then I would have to rate the prosecution's as middle school.

The only reason we are having this conversation is that Anonymous hacked the satellite feed and released it. They are calling ordinary Americans terrorists so they can murder and take everything they have.

Everybody uses BLM land for free, that's the thing. Ranchers have grazing rights attached to their deed that gives them these rights (at no cost mind you, because they already paid for it). Twenty years ago, BLM added a stipulation that he had to cut his herd by 90% which is financial suicide. When they started doing grazing fees, it was a cooperative arrangement. The only welfare people here are the senators, governors, judges, BLM, corporations and the rich because they are "churning" America for their own personal gain.

This is what the Las Vegas Review Journal reported Pete Santilli said while being led out of the courtroom:

After the hearing, as Santilli was led away in chains by deputy U.S. marshals, he cried out, “I’m a journalist. This is what they do in China.”
He told his supporters in the courtroom gallery to “stay strong” and keep up the fight with the government. He also vowed to appeal Navarro’s decision to keep him in custody.

This is what he actually said:

Bundy Sues Obama, Reid & Judge

Cliven Bundy filed a complaint against U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro, U.S. Senator Harry Reid, the son of Harry Reid, Rory Reid and President Barack Obama.

The complaint asks the Court to dismiss the indictment against Cliven Bundy and release him from prison and solitary confinement.

Bundy lawyer Joel Hansen handed a copy of the lawsuit to U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro in open court in Las Vegas on Tuesday, and he told her that because she’s a named defendant, she should remove herself from Bundy’s case.

Navarro picked up the gauntlet and is allowing the Bundy lawyer to lay out his case. She set a May 25 date to rule whether she’ll step aside.

Reid's response to the suit:

In a statement, Reid spokeswoman Kristen Orthman dismissed the lawsuit as "baseless and absurd," and repeated the "domestic terrorist" label.

"Bundy, his sons and their believers have endangered the lives of federal officers, have defaced and damaged public lands and squandered public resources for their own benefit," the statement said. "They are deadly and dangerous and will be brought to justice."

If you read the complaint, you can see how corrupt the whole system is.

A crime was committed, but a crime needs a motive, right? Well now, lots of money changing hands at the expense of the ranchers. Only a rancher and a protester were murdered. The motive is the money being made by the politicos and friends. The motive for protesting at the refuge was to "open a dialog" about what was going on.

These foundations need to be banned.

They were not on the side of them way before the meth heads. The news media never wanted the real story, they only wanted a few inflammatory labels and generalizations to prejudice the public in their own way. Some people think those two meth heads had "help" with those shootings. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't, but they were asked to leave. No, the public has been carefully prejudiced way in advance. Everything (every single thing) that has been reported has been a lie. No one wanted to know about the abused cattle either. It was reported here or there but the screaming about welfare ranchers (you know the government spooks help a lot with this) drowned it out. Another false statement diverting attention from the perpetrators. They'd do anything. Did you know they murdered the SIL of the gal that was first released a couple hours after she went to the press? They told her to get her guns out of the house. She said where should I put them. They said they didn't care but get them out of the house. So she told them she put them in the workshop structure in the back. Next thing you know it was burned to the ground with SIL in it. They emptied drone ordinance into that building that wasn't used to kill LaVoy is my feeling because cops confiscate guns normally and then you have to claim them. Eventually this will come out too.
