Worked exactly 90 fucking days and on day 90, I got 2 voicemails from Megaforce telling me that my assignment has ended and that I should no longer report to X company. But I have to contact them in 48 hrs. Wtf?!!

For the record, I was always there, worked all the overtime, every Saturday, showed up on time, followed orders, worked every job they gave me, etc...

Biggest problem was the supervisor is a black woman. She don't like people at all.
I'm white. She doesn't speak to you, just walks around looking at what jobs are on the floor, etc...

We caught up on most of the work and now it's slowed down a lot.
They were sending people on 2nd shift home early cause they didn't have any work for them.

So now, I'm back to square one. I hate these fucking temp companies. They should be outlawed because they cannot keep people employed.

So now I have to start all over again.

in pa, your chances are better goin thru agencies as employers dont want to go thru all the shit of hiring them. 30-90 day trials and if u do ur job the temp to hire jobs follow thru. theyre ur best chances here for the 12-15hr range for unskilled labor
