If it's real, here's the thing. That guy may be crazy due to the pain of having to kill his best friends (his dogs), and he sacrificed a lot, and if he survives, he'll pay for this for the rest of this life... but so maybe we should honor him just a little bit. Like honor him by doing justice where there isn't any. If you see a chance to right some injustice, then go do that. Just go make some part of this world more right. Maybe that small act will help stop somebody else from doing the same.

This guy maybe won't even survive. Maybe he will, who knows. I'm going to honor him then. When I see some injustice, I will go make it right, even if it's a total staranger. Maybe I'll help the next guy make it through.

I was thinking as well he must know what he is doing. They must do this sort of stuff during liposuction, ie remove bits of the body, just on different parts of the body although they dont cut the skin open.

Skin will heal very well after being joined together though, that is done during a routine ceasarian.

If it is real, he must either be in a lot of emotional turmoil or being paid. Chinese kids have been selling their kidneys for material items for years.

It's a cruel world we live in that can cause such pain to individuals.
